Q: How do I obtain a quote on a product?

A: On every product page you visit, there should be ADD TO QUOTE button. When you are on any product page you will have this button. Click ADD TO QUOTE and it will add to your quote cart.  You can do this for multiple products. Then submit your cart with 1 or more products with your details and we will get back to you shortly with the quote for your product(s). If you don’t know a product but want us to find a product to match your description contact us or call 1300 425 52

Q: I have just submitted a quote request, when can I expect a quote to be sent to me?

A: Please allow up to 2 – 3 business days for the quote to be sent. You need prices immediately please contact us on 1300 425 529.

Q: Just to confirm, if I put something in the quote basket, I’m only getting a quote and not purchasing it right?

A: Correct. Currently, we do not have a function to purchase anything on our website. When you place an item in a quote basket this is a wish list. Only once you submit your quote basket will you receive a quote of how much each item is. There is absolutely no obligation to buy and if you need any more information on the product, our highly trained staff will answer any question you may have.

Q: Does Gallay provide in house training?

A: Yes. Contact us for more information.

Q: Can I get quotes for multiple products at the same time?

A: Yes. One of the new features on our website is a quote builder, where you can place as many products in your basket as you would like.

Q: How do I arrange a service for my unit?

A: Call us on 1300 425 529 or book in for a service online If you have an immediate machine issue, please call us directly on 1300 425 529. 

Q: Can I purchase an item on your website?

A: Not at this moment, however, we are looking to add this feature to our site soon for some products. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on when this feature will go live.

Q: How do I arrange a filter change for my cabinet?

A: Very easy. Either call 1300 425 529 or visit here and put in your details and we will get back to you with details.

Q: Is it possible to trial the products or obtain samples of certain products free of charge?

A: Yes it is for many products, contact us for more information.

Q: I only know the application not the item or brand, how do I know what product is best suited?

A: You can search by Application. If you still can’t find it please Contact Us.

Q: I am not sure if a particular product is right for me, my staff or workplace, how can I found out?

A: Our highly trained staff will make sure you have the right product for your workplace and budget. By contacting us one of our staff members will find out what will suit your workplace and conditions the best.
